Terms of Service

These terms are a good-faith placeholder. Final commercial terms will be issued with your signed order form. Contact legal@aimanger.tech for the current signed version or to negotiate an MSA.

1. Agreement

By creating an OmniStock account or using any part of the service at aimanger.tech(“the Service”), you (“Customer”) agree to these Terms of Service with OmniStock Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”). If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. The Service

OmniStock is a multi-tenant software-as-a-service application for inventory management. We provide the Service on a subscription basis, hosted on infrastructure located in the Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region of our cloud provider.

3. Account and security

You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for any activity under your account. Admin users within your organization manage their own team’s access — we treat every authenticated request as authorized by the account’s admin. Notify us immediately at security@aimanger.tech if you believe a credential has been compromised.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are as stated on the Pricing page or in your order form. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change published prices with 30 days’ notice effective at your next renewal.

5. Data ownership and processing

You own your data. We process it only to operate the Service, respond to your support requests, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell customer data. On termination you may export your data via the CSV and API exports inside the product for 30 days; we delete it 90 days after termination.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to (a) upload content that infringes another party’s rights, (b) probe or bypass our security controls, (c) resell the Service without a written reseller agreement, or (d) generate load or volumes that materially degrade the Service for other tenants.

7. Service levels

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for paid plans. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance. Our status page at status.aimanger.tech is the source of truth for live incidents.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a subscription at the end of its current term with 30 days’ notice. We may suspend accounts for non-payment, security incidents, or violations of acceptable use after reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of liability

Aggregate liability under these terms is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
